Batch By Kayla LLC operates under Florida's Cottage Food Law. All products are homemade and produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations or inspections.
Food Allergy Notice:
Products may contain or come in contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and coconut. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order.
Product Availability:
All products are made to order and subject to ingredient availability. Batch by Kayla LLC reserves the right to make substitutions when necessary and will notify customers of any significant changes.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders require approval and may require advance notice. Designs colors and decorations may vary slightly from reference photos due to handmade nature of our products.

Welcome to Batch By Kayla LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Deposit and Payment
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to place an order. No payment means no order. Your date is not secured until deposit is sent. Remaining payment is due before pickup or at pickup. Ingredients are NOT accepted as payment. Payment is accepted through Cashapp or Apple Pay.
3. Custom Orders
We strive to create products that closely match customer requests and inspiration photos. Due to handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, design, and decoration may occur.
4. Pickup
Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon date and time. Once an order has been picked up, Batch by Kayla LLC is not responsible for damage caused by transportation, storage, or handling.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our baked goods are made to order and are perishable, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is an issue with your order.
